PODPush.net ("PODPush", "we", "us", or "our") is a product operated by Intentures LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have. By using PODPush.net or any related service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

PODPush.net is an automation platform that helps create and distribute print-on-demand product designs and marketing content across e-commerce and social channels. The service is operated by Intentures LLC. You can reach us at privacy@podpush.net for any privacy question or request.

2. Information we collect

Account and contact information you provide, such as name and email address when you contact us or sign up for a list.
Connected-account data that you authorize us to access through third-party APIs (for example Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X, Threads, Bluesky, Printify, and Printful). This may include account identifiers, boards or profiles, published content, and basic performance metrics needed to schedule and publish posts on your behalf.
Content you or the service generates, such as product designs, images, videos, captions, and blog posts.
Usage and technical data, such as log data, IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected through standard server logs and cookies.

3. How we use information

To create, schedule, and publish product listings and marketing content to the accounts you connect.
To measure the performance of that content and improve the service.
To communicate with you about the service, including support and important notices.
To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Use of Pinterest and other platform data

When you connect a Pinterest account, we access and use Pinterest data only to provide the features you request, such as creating boards and publishing pins, and reading basic analytics for content we publish. Our use of information received from the Pinterest API adheres to the Pinterest Developer Guidelines and Platform Policies. We do not sell Pinterest data, and we do not use it for advertising profiling. The same principles apply to every other platform we integrate with: we access only the data needed to perform the actions you authorize, and we retain it only as long as necessary to provide the service.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

Service providers that host our infrastructure or process data on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
The platforms you connect, in order to publish the content you request.
Legal and safety recipients, when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Generated media assets are subject to automated retention limits and may be deleted after they have been published to the destination platforms. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 9).

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies and standard server logs to operate and secure the site. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted connections and restricted access to credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, or to disconnect an authorized platform account, email us at privacy@podpush.net. You can also revoke our access at any time from within the connected platform's own settings (for example, the app permissions page of your Pinterest, Instagram, or other account).

10. Children's privacy

PODPush.net is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11. International users

We operate from the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand your information may be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be posted on this page.
